Hyland Hills Water World, the nation’s largest water park, is now hiring. Even though the snow might still be flying in Colorado, now is the time to join the Water World team for the 2018 summer season.
“The Water World job experience is the first job for many kids and we are dedicated to providing a meaningful work experience for everyone that makes the team,” commented Joann Cortéz, Water World Spokesperson.
Applicants must apply online at www.waterworldcolorado.com/jobshop for jobs that will be filled by mid-April. Current jobs include: Guest Services (Ambassadors, Ticketing & Sales, Merchandise Sales/& Photo, Guest Attendants, Park Safety); Food Services (Bartenders, Food Services, Food Attendants, Food Preparation/Warehouse); Lifeguarding (Attraction Guards, Guard Attendants, Beach Guards, Instructors); and Park Services (Maintenance Tech, Tube Valet/Gondola/Park Services Team, Water Tech, Horticulture/Landscaping), and more.

Individuals wanting to join the Water World Lifeguard Team must obtain or hold current Jeff Ellis & Associates certification (certification classes held at Water World). Hiring for most positions begins at 15 years of age and older. Detailed information on all jobs, rates of pay, age minimums and more can be found on the website.
Applicants are encouraged to apply early as interviews will begin the first part of March and job offers made in April.
Now in its 39th season, community-owned Water World, which has hosted more than 12 million guests over the years, is again being acknowledged as one of the best water parks in the world. The park is open daily, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (weather permitting).
