Join Me in Voting for Dr. Lisa Calderón for Denver Mayor

Sue Felton

I enthusiastically support Lisa Calderón for Denver’s next mayor. It’s important to me that her campaign is powered by people, not by corporate developer or special interest money. I have heard Dr. Calderón speak several times in mayoral forums and living rooms around the city, and I have seen that she is a thoughtful, caring person who listens to, engages with, and advocates for all people. She has spent 30 years serving our community and has the vision, determination, and policy know-how to lead the city we love toward a more sustainable future.

I have full confidence that as mayor, she will fight for a more affordable, accountable, and humane city where every resident matters.

As a nonprofit executive, Dr. Calderón has managed staff who connected thousands of formerly incarcerated, re-entering persons with treatment, housing, and jobs. She has built programs to protect victims of violence and to rehabilitate offenders to create safer communities. As a justice reform advocate, she has worked to reduce mass incarceration, while also working to hold our public officials accountable. Dr. Calderón is currently a full-time professor at Regis University, where she teaches sociology and criminal justice.

I have full confidence that as mayor, she will fight for a more affordable, accountable, and humane city where every resident matters.

Please join me in voting for Dr. Lisa Calderón for Mayor by May 7. For more info on Lisa Calderon: https://lisa4denvermayor.org or info@lisa4denvermayor.org.
