COLOR AF and COLOR SDC
This week, COLOR Action Fund (COLOR AF) and COLOR Small Donor Committee (SDC) released their full slate of endorsements for the upcoming midterm election. While abortion rights are currently protected through our work on the Reproductive Health Equity Act (RHEA), there are still many things on the line in Colorado. With a new congressional district in CD8, and a state Senate majority that we cannot afford to lose, it’s time for all of us to get behind Reproductive Justice champions and elect them to office.
We are proud to announce our full slate of endorsements, including Jared Polis for his re-election campaign for Governor. We know we need leaders who will not only support access to abortion care, but work alongside us to expand availability and remove systematic barriers that have disproportionately impacted our community for decades.
COLOR Action Fund and COLOR Small Donor Committee will continue our work this cycle to center the Latinx community’s voice in this election, and ensure that we maintain a Reproductive Justice Majority in Colorado.
“Latino/a voters want more from their candidates than merely being a consistent vote in our favor, they want Reproductive Justice Champions representing them,” said Christina Soliz, Political Director of COLOR AF. “We are demanding that our current and future elected leaders prioritize the needs of our communities in every step of their campaigns and policy proposals.”
We will work to elect our endorsed candidates through a robust digital campaign, mail program, text program, and Spanish radio outreach to Latino/a voters across Colorado.
