In the final week of the Democratic primary for governor of Colorado, Phil Weiser’s historic people-powered campaign is mobilizing hundreds of volunteer grassroots supporters, already knocking over 18,000 doors across Colorado to get out the vote for Phil. Team Phil’s volunteers have reached over 25,000 Coloradans urging them to vote for the people-powered candidate for governor – and will reach thousands more before the June 30 primary.
“The choice in this race is clear: Phil Weiser is powered by historic grassroots support from Coloradans, and Michael Bennet is powered by a Super PAC bankrolled by out-of-state billionaires, big corporations, and dark money,” said Weiser campaign spokesperson Nate Jackson. “Phil’s army of volunteers are knocking thousands of doors across the state to get out the vote – while Michael Bennet’s out-of-state backers are desperately dumping millions into this race at the 11th hour to fund cynical, BS attack ads to try to stop Phil’s surging campaign.”
